Prompt: Dickinson uses the metaphor of a funeral to describe her inner struggles. What metaphor would you use to describe your own mind?

Prompt Response: A metaphor I would use to describe my own mind is "having a lot on my plate." At the moment I'm juggling school, work, tutoring, music theory lessons, my band, and friends. It can be very stressful and sometimes I want to give up one of the things.  With help, I can figure out how to evenly have time for all of them. I do feel it's a learning adventure for me and I can improve from it.

Summary: We worked on understanding another of Emily Dickinson's poems.

Reflection: I learned about "Heart! We will forget him!"
