Prompt: Describe a time when someone’s words had a lasting impact on you.

Prompt Response: A time when someone's words had a lasting impact on me was when I talked to Dad about what direction I wanted to go in after high school. I haven't always been sure on what I want to do and my Dad always tells me that I shouldn't rush. He tells me that I should always chase my dreams and that if I can't make a profession out of it to make sure I still do it. He encourages that I don't rush into anything super quickly and to take my time to think. This is a time when someone's words had a lasting impact on me.

Summary: We did our Writable "Ambush" assignment today.

Reflection: I learned what I had to do tomorrow in order to not get behind.
