Prompt: After two weeks of studying rhetorical devices, types of rhetoric, and methods for identifying rhetorical techniques, which rhetorical device do you find most effective or compelling, and why?

Prompt Response: The rhetorical device I find most effective or compelling are Metaphors. When I'm having a day to day conversation metaphors are always used. It might be due to myself being southern and growing up talking that way. I can't really think of any others I use on a day to day basis. This is a rhetorical device I find most effective or compelling.

Summary: We didn't learn anything new today.

Reflection: We took the Rhetorical Devices test.
