Prompt: When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

 Prompt Response: When i'm in a mood I do not like, the strategies I use to change my mood can be lots of things. Sometimes i'll sit in my room and play the guitar. Listening/playing music is very calming to me and a great way to cope with my emotions. Another way I calm myself is reading. This is what I do when I'm in a mood I do not like and the strategies I use to change it. 

Summary: I learned about ice by reading an article and answering questions. 

Reflection: We worked on the Newsela assignment.
