Prompt: Twice a year we adjust our clocks for daylight saving time, but the change can affect our sleep, energy, and daily routines. Now that we have sprung forward; reflect on how this time change impacts you personally. Do you find it easy or difficult to adjust your schedule? Explain how the time change affects your mood, productivity, or daily habits.

Prompt Response: Now that we have sprung forward, the time change impacts me personally when it comes to my sleep schedule. It's very hard to get back to a normal sleep schedule when the time has jumped up by an hour. It normally takes 1-2 weeks for my system to go back to normal. Besides that, I enjoy the dark mornings and light days. I find it very beautiful. Now that we have sprung forward, this is how the time change impacts me personally.

Summary: I learned about new information in Chapter 6.

Reflection: I worked on "3, 2, 1" assignment.
